Who Are You at Neutone?

Hi! I’m Nico, from Montreal, Canada. Started programming pretty early in my life, but left all of that to focus more on music production. 5 years ago I decided to get back to programming and been at it since. Best decision I’ve made in a while! 🙂

What Do You Work On at Neutone?

In the last few months i’ve been working on Neutone Morpho, mainly on the frontend code and design side of things. It’s been challenging at times, but I’ve learned a ton from working on this project and really grateful that Neutone gave me the chance to work on this.

Why are you doing this?

I’ve always been a big fan of music and coding, so to be able to combine two of my favorite passions in life is really awesome. Didn’t think that would ever be possible ha!

What do you hope Neutone Morpho offers artists/musicians?

I hope they’re able to discover and use new sounds in their productions that they weren’t aware could be possible to generate.

What’s next in store!?

Still working hard on getting Morpho ready for official release, but hopefully get to work on cool new ideas after.

What are you listening to these days? 🎧

I’m a big hip-hop fan, so that’s pretty much all I listen to, but i do also like pretty much every genre. If it’s good music, I  ’ll listen. Lately though, i’d say i’ve been listening to french rapper ASHE22 and singer Halsey. Really like her voice!
